Role Overview
We’re looking for a Founding Growth Marketer who will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our growth strategy. Your primary focus will be building and engaging a thriving community, driving content initiatives, and discovering innovative, inorganic methods to scale demand for our products. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing company at the ground level and help define how we scale.
As the company's first Growth Marketer you’ll help us scale from a handful of design partners to thousands of customers over the next few years.
Key Responsibilities
Community Building
Establish and nurture an active community of developers, product managers, and AI enthusiasts.
Organize webinars, forums, and community-driven events to build brand affinity.
Content Strategy & Creation
Develop and execute a robust content strategy to position the company as a thought leader.
Produce high-quality blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and videos.
Collaborate with internal teams and customers to showcase real-world applications of the platform.
Growth Marketing & Demand Generation
Identify and execute innovative, data-driven marketing campaigns to acquire and retain users.
Leverage paid advertising, partnerships, and influencer collaborations to scale demand.
Experiment with non-traditional growth tactics to tap into new customer segments.
Data-Driven Optimization
Track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics across all marketing initiatives.
Use insights to refine strategies and prioritize high-impact activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to align growth initiatives with product capabilities and business objectives.
Act as the voice of the community, providing insights to influence product development.
What We're Looking For
Experience : 3+ years in growth marketing, content marketing, or community management. Previous experience in B2B SaaS, developer-focused platforms, or AI tools is a strong plus.
Content Mastery : Proven track record in creating engaging, high-quality content that drives engagement and conversions.
Growth Mindset : Ability to think outside the box and experiment with unconventional growth strategies.
Scrappy and Comfortable with Ambiguity : You thrive in unstructured environments, experimenting and iterating until you find what works.
Proven B2B Marketing Success : While we don’t require decades of experience, you should have a track record of impactful business-to-business marketing accomplishments you’re proud of.
Self-Starter : Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal guidance.
Passion for AI : Deep interest in AI, applications, and the transformative potential of agentified technology.
